Receiving an order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order.

Silver State Collectibles is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, customs processing, or other events beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Trading Card Products

Due to the collectible nature of trading card products:

• Opened sealed products cannot be returned.
• Pull rates are random and cannot be guaranteed.
• Manufacturing defects are the responsibility of the product manufacturer when applicable.

Condition of Collectibles

Single cards and collectibles are graded using our best professional judgment. Minor differences in opinion regarding condition are not considered defects.

Photographs are intended to represent the product but may vary slightly due to lighting or display settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Silver State Collectibles shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable order.

Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, graphics, product photography, and written materials are the property of Silver State Collectibles unless otherwise noted and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
