Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Silver State Collectibles. All orders ship from Austin, Nevada.

Shipping Rates

We currently ship within the United States only.

• USPS Ground Advantage - $7.50 flat rate. Free on orders over $100. Estimated total delivery 4-8 business days (1-3 business days handling, 3-5 business days transit).
• USPS Priority Mail - $15.50 flat rate. Estimated 1-3 business days transit after handling.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During major product releases or holiday seasons, processing times may be longer.

Shipping Methods

All orders ship via USPS. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery dates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, transportation issues, or other unforeseen circumstances are outside our control.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges before being resent.

Damaged Packages

Every order is carefully packaged before shipment.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item(s)
• Photos of the shipping box
• Photos of all packaging materials

We will review the claim and work with the shipping carrier to determine the appropriate resolution.

Lost Packages

If your package appears lost while in transit, contact us and we will assist with opening a carrier investigation.

Packages marked Delivered by the shipping carrier are generally considered successfully delivered. If you believe your delivered package was stolen, please contact the shipping carrier and your local law enforcement agency. We will gladly assist by providing shipment documentation if needed.

Signature Confirmation

We may require signature confirmation or purchase additional shipping insurance for higher-value orders.

Shipping Restrictions

Some products may not be available for shipment to certain locations due to carrier or legal restrictions.
